Sailing the Greek Islands!
Leros, Greece
6 DAY / 5 NIGHT Recommended: July, August and September
RELAX! There is nothing better than gently sailing the blue Aegean Sea as you hop
from tiny island to tiny island…
…making new friends while sipping Greek wine and watching the sunny days drift past. You’ll spend a week on a very comfortable 50+ foot yacht, sailing in the Sporades Islands along the Turkish coast. You’ll visit some historical sites, splash on some beautiful (and quiet!) beaches, and really focus the majority of
your attention on trying to remember why it is you’re supposed to go home!
You can learn to sail, or just enjoy the ride, though this is a participative trip and you will be expected to pitch in occasionally (it’s all fun). Everything on the boat is included (meals, beverages of all sorts, etc) and everything off the boat is at your expense.
This trip is just a week long so that you’ll have time for a pre- or post-extensionin Greece or Turkey (drive the coast or fly to Cappadoccia to see the amazing landscape!).
You will arrive in Leros for a Sunday morning “boat call” and return to port late Saturday afternoon.
Optional Activities:
- Sightseeing tours and rental vehicles not included in individual islands.
- Pre- and post- extensions available in Greece and Turkey – we’ve got some great ideas for places to visit so let us help you put together two incredible weeks that will leave you with a lifetime of memories and new friends!
