Payment Policy Adventure Travelers Society accepts payments in the form of cash, check, or required for all payments received less than 30 days prior to departure, money orders and PayPal. On all trips of $2,500 or less, your non-refundable deposit is $500. For trips $2,501 - $10,000, your non-refundable deposit is $750. For trips greater than $10,000, your non-refundable deposit is $1,000. Prices displayed on the ATS website are done so with a 4% discount included, assuming payments will be made by cash or check. That discount is waived, and prices adjusted accordingly, if payment is made with a credit card. We urge all travelers to purchase appropriate international travel insurance. Read the policy thoroughly before purchasing and have your important insurance contact information handy before you go.
